چکیده
Abstract Introduction Anterior subcutaneous internal fixator(INFIX) was proposed to treat anterior pelvic ring injury. INFIX initially designed as an alternative the external fixator, but recently its indications have been expanded, using it a definitive treatment, and multiple complications reported. Methods Retrospective study of 11 polytrauma patients with fractures treated fixator after high energy trauma between January (2018)-September (2021) Results patients. The average age 50,5 years old. mechanism injury precipitation, 5 run over 2 vehicle accidents. According Tile classification: type B:6 C:5, according Young lateral compression:3, anteroposterior compression:6 vertical shear:2. time implantation 4,3 days (0–17). In 10 cases sacroiliac screw associated at same surgery in one patient spinopelvic fixation. sitting allowed 24 hours partial weight-bearing 6 weeks later. until removal months follow up months. Complications rate 63,63%(n=7):3 Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve(LFCN) paresthesia:two them temporary another persistant one, 1 supracetabular osteolysis. implant infections, reosteosynthesis symphysis plates. common iliac vein thrombosis resolved antithrombotic treatment. Conclusions provides initial stability fast simple technique. However, some main complication is LFCN paresthesia, especially during fixator.

BACKGROUND Surgical treatment is the preferred method for treating subtrochanteric femoral fractures and the variety of extramedullary and intramedullary implants continues to evolve. The purpose of our study was to retrospectively evaluate the clinical and radiological results of subtrochanteric fractures that are treated with the Selfdynamisable internal fixator. METHODS From January 2000 t...
